Yes, absolutely. In fact, The Academy is perfect for you. You get to set up strong, solid foundations from the get-go. So many of our 1:1 clients have already established businesses and some have been in their businesses for many years—the number one thing they say is…“I wish I had access to these systems, processes and strategies when I first started my business.”
We are big believers of batching time, and you’ll learn empowering time management systems as part of The Academy. We recommend batching time to developing your business for a minimum of one morning a week to ensure that you run your business and it doesn’t run you. Each of The Academy Modules has instructional videos with a running time of approximately 2 hours per module plus worksheets and templates to implement. The time it will takes to work through the resources is highly individual and depends on your goals, intentions and what you want to get out of The Academy.
While it is imperative for you to join when it is right for you—we want you to know that when you join you will have access to the resources for the life of the course. If clients or life derail you, you get to come back to the resources again and again.
Don’t worry, you will have access to all recordings of the live sessions (via the Design & Prosper Academy portal) within 24 hours. This means if you have any questions at any time you can post them in the Design & Prosper Academy portal to be addressed in the live Q&A sessions. Questions will be answered in order of when they were submitted and you will be able to watch everything back at a time that works for you.
As soon as you sign up The Academy, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Design & Prosper Academy portal. Within the Design & Prosper Academy portal you’ll be invited to join our private Community. This is a safe, supportive place to get feedback and thoughts from the wonderful Academy Alumni.
We want you to feel really safe and supported in this decision — and we know it’s a big decision. If you decide The Design & Prosper Academy is not the right decision for you or your business, you may request to withdraw from this course within 14 days of your purchase date (by the 14th day at 11:59 AEDT).
After day 14, we will have moved too far into the course to issue a refund and you will be responsible for full payment regardless if you complete the program.
You will need Adobe InDesign to open our templates, but other than that all of the templates that we provide can be accessed for free or using free versions of software—for example we recommend Trello for project management and the first 10 boards are free. We also recommend Dubsado for CRM and they have the first 3 clients for free. A lot of our processes are delivered in the form of a Google sheet and all you need to access them is a free Google account. We are big believers of ease and simplicity. We were very intentional about making The Academy as highly accessible as possible.

This is not a certificate based course and no qualifications will be awarded, however as we are two tertiary educators you will be given access to tools and knowledge that will take your professionalism to the highest level and will help kick imposter syndrome to the kerb.
Yes absolutely, however in the interests of maintaining your own brand’s integrity, we recommend you modify with your own aesthetic and language.
